How quickly will my item be sent after payment is made?
We dispatch all outfits the same day (on cleared payments made prior to 3pm Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) unless otherwise stated on the item page.
What happens if my item doesn't arrive?
Please contact us if your item hasn't arrived after 15 days from the postage date. This is the time frame Royal Mail deem as an "adequate time for delivery". We will then refund you and start our own compensation procedure with Royal Mail.
What happens if I don't like my item or it doesn't fit?
We are happy to accept returns, whatever the circumstances, as long as the item is received back, in the condition it was sent, and within 14 days. Please note the buyer is responsible for postage costs.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate case this happens we will endeavour to solve your problem as quick as possible with either a partial refund and no return, or an exchange or full refund on return (including outward postage costs).
You also have a right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or via the here page within 7 working days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that: You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products.
You mustn't try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
Hygiene strips must not be removed from from any items (for example swimwear).
Tags should not be removed from any item.
The original packaging should be retained and returned If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us.
For health and hygiene reasons all briefs and skin to skin style underwear are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
